What Is a Puppy mill?
A puppy mill is a facility that contains cages full of dogs. The dogs are in there so they can give birth, and then the puppies get sent off to pet stores all across the USA. Inside a puppy mill the dogs are not healthy. The dogs don't get the exersize or attention that they need. Puppy mills are horrible. That is why we need to do something now.

Agreed, puppy mills are bad but as long as they are legal the best way to stop them is to get pet stores to stop buying from them.
